As a conference accompanying the HR Trends reference book published by Haufe-Verlag, HR experts meet annually to discuss the latest trends. Each year, the conference has a different general theme. In 2020, the theme is "The working world of tomorrow - crisis, transformation & innovation". The Corona Crisis continues to challenge organizations and has tremendous implications for the world of work tomorrow. With a focus on the implications for HR work, we think together about opportunities, risks and new paths towards an agile organization.
