How do I apply for a job at eigenland®?
Uncomplicated and simple. You are welcome to send us your application by e-mail to jo@eigenland.de. For us, a meaningful CV as well as references, work samples and, if applicable, the answer to an individual question are sufficient.
A cover letter is not absolutely necessary.
When will I receive feedback on my application?
We will usually get back to you with feedback after one week. If you have not heard anything after a week, please send us a short reminder.
Can I also submit a speculative application?
Absolutely - we'd love to have you at any time.
We welcome your initiative and, as a fast-growing company, are constantly finding new tasks and ideas to implement.
What does the application process look like at eigenland®?
Always individual and suitable for the vacant position.
After we have received your application, we take about a week to review it. If your application matches our current requirements, we look forward to meeting you in a personal video call.
Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to meet the eigenland® team in person to check whether you feel comfortable with us and fit in well with the team. If everyone agrees, we look forward to welcoming you to our team and shaping the eigenland® success story together with you.
Under what conditions can I do an internship at eigenland®?
We are always open to your ideas! Whether it's a student internship, a voluntary internship or a compulsory internship as part of your studies - everything is possible with us.
You don't need any prerequisites for an internship. We welcome your curiosity, your thirst for action and your desire to learn new things and to actively support us in a variety of tasks in our day-to-day business.
How long does an internship at eigenland® last?
In order to learn a lot and to take away something new for you (professionally and personally), we have good experience with an internship duration of 3 to 6 months. We would be happy to see which period suits your ideas. In the case of compulsory internships during school or university, we will of course adapt to the prescribed internship duration.
As a trainee or working student, do I have to make coffee and clean out the dishwasher?
Absolutely not. As an intern or working student, you are an equal part of the entire eigenland® team from the very beginning and involved in all tasks and topics. This is the only way to gain valuable insights into a successful company.
Is there a dress code at eigenland®?
We do not have a set dress code. Everybody comes every day in the way he/she feels comfortable - of course also for a job interview.
What does the eigenland® working model look like?
Flat hierarchies and a lot of freedom are the order of the day. At eigenland® there are trust-based working hours and the possibility to work in a home office 2-3 days a week.
It is important to us that we look out for each other and support each other where help is needed.
