Managing Change:
Experiencing impact through Management seminars

Change management seminars are held at regular intervals in the insurance group, as the group is undergoing an intensive development and transformation process. Various measures serve to train managers as multipliers and to achieve faster and better success in the change process. With eigenland® as an interactive element during the seminars, the participants develop concrete implementation ideas for their everyday work and are activated to implement their measures even after the seminar.
