Shaping culture in a participatory way

"Thanks to eigenland®, Covestro has now moved away from meetings in which a classic presentation is given. Concepts are no longer forged in the ivory tower and then pushed down, as they used to be," Dina Petry tells brand eins. Covestro is shaping its cultural change in a participatory process. The task is to translate Covestro's culture with corresponding behaviors into the reality of the individual divisions and teams. To take immediate effect and convince key stakeholders of the planned approach, the Group started with an eigenland® workshop and the works council.

  • In an industrial, hierarchical group, a person from HR campaigned to tackle and redesign the topic of cultural change in the group
