Since the retail industry has been subject to continuous change in recent years, it was time for the retail group to also adapt its vision and image of success in line with growth. In an eigenland® Multisense workshop, the management team developed a common image of success in just one day and defined the Golden Circle according to Simon Sinek for themselves! That was really strong.

Vision development made easy

  • The retail industry is affected by far-reaching market changes: new customer needs, new logistics structures as well as changing laws and requirements
  • After a successful growth in the last few years, the own vision and the success of the group has not been continuously developed
  • Taking advantage of the opportunities that the market offers

  • Use of the eigenland® Multisense method as a half-day workshop with 12 executives from the "Vision and Success Image" working group
  • Start of the workshop with the presentation of short video sequences and success patterns of successful companies from the empirical knowledge of the eigenland® community
  • As part of the Eigenland® workshop, the managers intensively shared and discussed their assessments on four areas of activity with the focus on success, performance and values
  • Final processing of three target questions to secure the further procedure in the company and to implement the measures developed
  • Obtaining a common mindset among the participating executives
  • Development of a common vision and a common success picture for the next 3 years
  • Formulation of the most important success factors for the future in the previously defined task areas
  • Definition of first ideas and measures for a successful implementation of the identified success factors
  • Development of a first draft for a Golden Circle (Why-How-What)
