In the form of a transformation journey, the IT department of LVM Versicherung started the development towards a new IT vision. The goal: to combine the immense know-how of the approximately 600 IT employees with a strong and shared know-why. This vision should increase the effectiveness of the organization and thus also radiate into the overall organization of LVM Versicherung. Because those who actively seek their own path today can achieve an attractive day after tomorrow.
