Shaping future pictures

Initial Positon: 
• A service company in the middle of a transformation process shaped a new future picture as well as a new strategic orientation
• In order to let this future picture become reality every employee shall be included in the further development

Goals:
• Motivating the employees for a successful implementation of the recently defined future picture
• Involving all stakeholders
• Bringing back office employees and field staff together
• Creating a common mindset for the future picture of the service company
• Gathering ideas and wishes of all staff members for a successful future

Approach:
• In a period of 8 weeks 10.000 employees from all over Germany participate in a 2 1/2 Eigenland® workshop sessions for assessing the future picture as well as sharing different perspectives
• For the workshops staff members were trained as Eigenland® facilitators
• The system equipment was also modified with a cobranding on the playing cloths and logs

Results:
• A common sense on the future picture of service companies
• Defining wishes and concerns
• Motivated employees who are willing to shape the future of the company actively
